Our Ataahua Riesling will develop in the cellar for several years, but is equally delicious now with a wide range of foods- seafood and cuisine with Thai and Japanese influences, or as an aperitif with smoked salmon and avocado. Drink this now or cellar for up to eight years.

Gorgeously complex and enticing, the bouquet shows grilled apricot, orange peel, honey and warm spice aromas, followed by a succulent palate offering creamy texture and elegant sweetness, well countered by bright acidity.
